WHO WE ARE
Serpentis operates a policy of open feedback. This means that any member can give direct, actionable feedback to any other member, in a way that is designed to have a positive impact on that member and the guild as a whole where appropriate. However, this does not open a door for harsh, unfounded criticism intended to make another member feel bad or uncomfortable.
All members of Serpentis should be willing to receive feedback from their peers that is designed to help them grow their skills and abilities as part of a mythic raid team.
Our goal is always to achieve Cutting Edge by the end of a tier, while raiding 2 evening per week. The only way we know we will achieve this is by being true to each other, in that we will do our best on each raid night to perform to the best of our abilities. We will do the best we can to avoid being late and holding up the raid team. We will come prepared for each raid night, with updated addons, knowledge of each new encounter and any consumables needed. We expect all raiders to be online and ready to go 15 minutes before raid start time.
